 They say, I say writing.  3-5 sentences for each. Use two articles from the five. 

 ERWC #3 Reread 10 Rules for Going to College when Nobody really expected you to. Mark it up. Star the most important paragraph. Summarize in 3-5 sentences. 

 10 rules that you think you should follow if you are going to go to college. 

Read 52-60 in your purple textbook. "End of Beowulf" and quiz tomorrow. 

 Syllabus activity: On a piece of notebook paper, please do the following:

 

1. Share the syllabus with your parents or guardians.  Have your parents print and sign their name(s) to show that you did this. 

2. Write a statement that show you understand the Writing percentage of your grade.

3. List at least two pieces of literature that we will be reading in class.

4. Write out the words for the acronym ERWC. (All classes, including English 11)

5. Turn paper in tomorrow at the beginning of class.
