Welcome to my page students and parents!
This year will definitely be different due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This class will be conducted online that is part of the Distance Wide Learning format, rather than our traditional setting. All classes will be conducted through Canvas, which is a Learning Management System (LMS). Please be familiar with Clever, which will take you to some other LMS resources that the school district provides. On Canvas, an invitation has been sent out to students to be added to the online course. Please check you Spam, Clutter or Junk email if you didn't get the invitation.
If your student is unsure how to access their school email, have them go to our school website:
https://ehs.leusd.k12.ca.us. They will click on Resources and then click Log in to Office 365. To sign in they need their email, which is their Student
ID#@leusd.k12.ca.us. Their password is their 8 digit birth date (no spaces, no dashes, no slashes).
What is a CTE Pathway? Our CTE programs are designed to teach the foundations of a specific skill, such as screen printing and graphics to utilize those skill sets to apply for industry approved fields. Pathway completion for my course is 3-4 years. Other pathways can be completed in 2 years, depending on instructor.
Students in the beginning Screen Printing class have the opportunity received college credit here at Elsinore High School. The beginning Screen Printing curriculum is aligned with Palomar College in San Marcos, CA. Students must maintain a "B" and higher both semesters to Articulate at the end of each school year.
Parents...feel free anytime to contact me in regards to volunteering in my class.
Screen Printing students are welcome to volunteer community service hours for graduation after school only. Remember, ALL EHS students must acquire 40 hours of Community Service Hours in order to Graduate. NOTE: Not yet for the 2020-21 school year.
