This course will introduce the student to the world around them through the nature of science and scientific inquiry in relationship to experiential learning. In this course they will also learn about things that scientists study. They learn how things are discovered through experimentation and observation. The student will also learn scientific environmental information from around the world, these things can be used daily. The course is separated into three specific instructional areas. This course is modified to meet the individualized needs of Special Education students.
