Monday's worksheet (1 side solve by completing the square and 2nd side solve by quadratic formula) must be completed CORRECTLY for full points. You can have until Friday 5/4  to turn it in. Both sides you are to do #2-8ALL. 

 

On the completing the square side use examples from your textbook section 9.4 and the one I wrote out on #1.

 

On the quadratic formula use the examples from your textbook section 9.5 and the one I wrote out on #1.
