- Hello and welcome to Mrs. Adeleke's page. Welcome to the 22-23 school year! I have taught for 21 years and enjoy helping students meet and exceed their potential! I am going on my tenth year at EHS. Together and collaboratively we will be successful! I am here for you so feel free to share any concerns with me. I will do my best to assist you! I am married (17 years in November) to my prince charming, an Occupational Therapist, and we have two adorable munchkins. Madisen (13) is going into the 8th grade and Matthew Jr. (12) is going into the 7th grade. Madisen is caring and has an old soul who loves everyone while Jr. is reserved, creative and likes to argue so I think he may become a lawyer. My favorite things to do for fun are board games with my family, watch movies, read and shop. People always tell me I should be a stylist or designer but I actually had my sights and plan on becoming a doctor (pediatrician). I discovered I didn't like needles, blood, etc so I had to change my major while I was at UC Berkeley. My dad, who was a retired teacher and principal encouraged me to give teaching a chance. I wanted to work with kids and that has been a fulfilling passion since I started teaching. My favorite part about teaching is when a student "gets it" or after they graduate they come back and tell me how great they are doing and how I affected their lives.
