Below the calendar on the left, there is a place to log in. You will need type in a username and password. The username is your Student ID and password is "password".

Once you have logged into the system, you will see your name below the calendar and an icon label My Family. Selecting it will show your children and their classes. You will have a number of choices and alternatives to view information and communicate with your child's teachers.

Two things you need to do

1. Choose My Personal Settings under the calendar and choose the Change Password option.

2. Select the Personal Info tab and enter your preferred email and phone number for teachers to contact you. You can choose to receive email messages from teachers, coaches and club sponsers regarding events.

 

Why you can't log in?

With over 3500 different parents, there some duplicate names. The system does not allow duplicate names. If we found two parents with the same name, we deleted one and left the spouse. In most cases one parent should be able to log in using the formula of LastNameFirstName. If you need another log in name because of this, we can fix it by adding a middle initial. Let us know by emailing us. Please provide your preferred login name and your child's six digit ID number(s).

My child is not there?

When you select My Family and your child is not there, you can add your student by selecting Add Your Student. You then enter your child's first and last name and the system will search for your student. If the system finds your child, the student will then have to log in and accept you as the parent. This is done for security reasons.

Oops! This isn't my child?

Mistakes can happen. You can delete the child by selecting the circled X. You can see that the information on the child is limited to assignments and announcements with no personal information other than a first name.

How new is this website?

 

This new website is around two weeks old. Some teachers have started to experiment on their own. Most teachers have only been introduced to the website and have not had a chance at getting trained. Please be patient if your child's teacher has not a chance to enter much information.  

What else do you want to see?
