Weights/Advanced Weights (Period 3)
Course Description
The weights classes are primarily offered to older students that have passed PE 1 as a prerequisite. Students are expected to dress and work out every day. Students will exercise different body parts on different days. Mondays & Thursdays chest, back and legs(quadriceps) are the areas of emphasis. Tuesdays and Thursdays the students will work on their biceps, triceps and deltoids. Wednesdays are used for circuit training and aerobic fitness.
