Tiger Foundation
After years of dedicated service to Elsinore High School, the EHS Tiger Foundation will be closing its chapter this year, leaving behind a lasting legacy on campus. Guided by a vision to honor the school’s community and history, the Foundation created two distinctive courtyards in the center quad. Each space features a central monument framed by a low brick wall and entry pillars adorned with bronze plaques recognizing individuals who made meaningful contributions to the school and community.
Within the courtyards, commemorative bricks bear the names of past and present members of the Elsinore High School community, symbolizing a shared legacy. One courtyard, the Stan Crippen Court, showcases a life-size bronze tiger, while the second, dedicated to Bob “Scooter” Hugh, features the historic EHS bell.
Funded through the sale of these engraved bricks, the Tiger Foundation not only established these lasting tributes but also supported students through various initiatives, including scholarships. Though the organization is coming to a close, its impact will continue to be felt for generations through the spaces it created and the students it supported.
