Principal's Message

Dear Elsinore High School Families,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! I hope you’ve had a restful and enjoyable summer. We are excited to welcome our students back and look forward to a year filled with growth, achievement, and memorable experiences.

Last year, Elsinore High School celebrated many successes: test scores increaseddiscipline issues decreased, and we proudly earned three CIF championships. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our students, staff, and families, and we are committed to building on this momentum.

This year, our focus remains on learningcollege and career readiness, and ensuring that every student has every opportunity for success—both academically and socially. We are preparing students for their future by emphasizing student engagementacademic rigor, and providing a wide range of opportunities for students to expand their thinking. Whether through sportsartsmusic, or college clubs, we want every student to find their passion and thrive.

We are also working diligently to help students meet high academic standards, complete their A-G requirements, and graduate on time. Our team is committed to supporting each student every step of the way.

As part of our efforts to create a focused learning environment, we are asking students to keep their cell phones put away during class time. In order for our students to succeed, we need their full attention, and minimizing distractions is key to that success.
Safety continues to be a top priority. We are ensuring that all students are in class when the bell rings, and we’ve increased supervision and support to help every student feel safe, welcomed, and supported.

Elsinore High School is a campus with a rich history and strong traditions. It is a privilege to serve as principal, and I am grateful for the partnership we share with our students, families, teachers, and community. Working together, I am confident that this will be our best year yet.

Thank you for your continued support.
It’s a great day to be a Tiger!

Warm regards,

Pauline Leavitt
