good morning Elsinore family I'm here to teach you how to apply for a refund if you go to the school website WSC. K12. CA. Us can you pick on online school purchases that will bring you to our my school Central webstore this is where you only have two options directions on how to login or set up your and a refund request my account and new user quick register for an account and if you've already purchased something on this web store then you would just use that same account I'm going to start as though I've never made a purchase on this so that you can see that process so I was safe to put on my account and because I don't have a username and password I'm going to register for no I'm not a student I'm going to take them my name my email and I'm going to type in my password I created these are not required field so I will click register as you can see it send you an e-mail you want to make sure you click are you check your email in order to finalize the restoration process I'm going to go to the email I just registered with registration for the web store and now you can login all you have to do is click this link to debate brings me back to the website registration register apply for a refund as a parent so what you want to do is make sure you've had it in your account my family this is where you going to add your student ID for your student my student is simple student account I can go and apply for this refund send request and this is where I'm able to add all my information if you have more than student they will all be listed here you have to do each student individually as each student student ID number is linked to whatever activities they purchased my student is sample student so that was your it put my information here and then other required fields are complete when I go to add this to my cart added I cannot checkout what is Siri $0 because it will already know which activities you've purchased so the bookkeeper will process that all this is doing is giving them the opportunity to know and who write the check to so you go to check out and now you have purchased your refund you can generate your receipt here or it will be emailed to you as well and as you can see there is my receipt that has been emailed to me and again your receipt will show $0 but it is verifying that you have applied for the refund will be receiving to this name and address also please note the refunds in the amount of 190 will be for the senior parking and that is because the senior package was $200 but that included a shirt so the shirt cannot be refunded is only refund for activities on cancelled events so everything else that was in the included except for the $10 shirt so if you have any other questions or concerns or if you need some more help feel free to email me or access all of our email addresses free are located on the main page of the website when you go to staff directory thank you
