good afternoon my name is Mister Dickerson and I'm your child algebra teacher this year I know that students been faced with harsh realities during covid-19 therefore I'm extending every possible generosity to the students from the ability to turn in late work they're able to turn in late work as as long as they need to I'm not going to penalize late work at least during as well as retakes I'm going to be offering many takes on making come during my tutoring hours to retake test that they are not happy with however I'm not going to give them the same test for free tree take the same questions and and if they start to catch on I don't want them to just memorize the test I want them to be able to Think Through the test so test will be changed on retakes to account for that I also do you offer tutoring on Wednesdays from 2 read at 3:30 moving forward however we will be offering more tutoring hours at a school collectively also if you have not yet looked at the syllabus I would encourage you to do so I'm as parents that can be found in the canvas page for my class so I have your student login there and it's in a week 1 module I really encourage you guys to do that let you guys know my grading policies moving forward if you have any questions or concerns about your student or about anything that that occurs in my class please please please let me know I will also be emailing you if there are any behavior issues or any too many late assignments I'll be emailing you as well I hope you guys have a great rest of your evening and I can give you my email yet so my email is my first name Dylan Dylan the last name r.
