Hello,I am a 1975 graduate of UC Irvine. As an Anteater, I earned a BA in Spanish with a Bilingual/Cross Cultural specialization. I later earned an MA from the University of Arizona in Latin American Studies. I have lived in Lake Elsinore since 1986 when I was fortunate enough to be hired by the Lake Elsinore Unified School District to teach ELD and Spanish.Course Description:This is a one year, college preparatory course in which students will further develop and use reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, in the target language. Each student will use the language to engage in informal communication to express interests, ideas and concerns in reference to self and others. Students will continue to explore cultural diversity of Spanish speaking countries. This course meets the district graduation requirements for Fine Art/Foreign Language. This course meets UC/CSU (LOTE-e) requirements. My assignments are available on my webpage on the school's website. If you are reading this message, you are on my webpage.
