Girls' Soccer team tryouts will be held on Monday and Tuesday October 7th and 8th from 4pm to 6pm. Please make sure you are cleared to play after-school sports with the athletic office before you come to tryout. Bring your soccer gear with cleats, shin-guards, running shoes and lots of water. If you have any questions, please see Coach Metter in room 107 

Girls Varsity Tennis had a Victory over Tahquitz 13 to 5 

4th period classes, we have started a contest! ASB is participating in the city of Lake Elsinore Halloween trunk-or-treat on October 12th and we need your help! From now until October 9th the 4th period class who donates the most bagged candy by weight will win a prize...a good one too! Consider donating to the kids in our community! It is a huge event, and we want to make it fun for all kids! Come out on the 12th and join in on the fun! But donate and win for your class! 

Students! Mark your calendars that EHS theater’s production of She Kills Monsters opens October 9th! This high adventure production follows high school student Agnes as she is transported into the world of a fantasy role-playing game! This is a high action, dramatic comedy, laden with filler fairies, nasty monsters, and 90s pop culture! This show offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all. Halloween door decorating has started! For this contest, each class must provide their own materials, ASB cannot provide materials for any of the classes. The categories are: Best use of recycled or re-used materials, scariest, most effort and one overall winner! Good luck! Decorating starts October 1st and runs through the 24th! Judging happens on the 25th! Winners will be announced on the 30th! Prizes awarded on the 31st! Good luck to all 2nd period classes who participate! 

ASB is selling paletas at lunch for $3 and $4. Find the Ice Cream cart or come to the windows at lunch and cool off with a popsicle! 

Its almost that time again! EHS’s Baseball and Softball Classic is October 25th this time at Storm Stadium! This will be in tandem with the Elsinore Halloween Festival that is also taking place! It is free admission to the stadium, but $20 to park! There are rides, food and games. Costumes are recommended!  

ATTENTION SENIORS: Parking lot painting has changed, Yet again! Saturday is supposed to be another heat advisory in the afternoon, so the time has changed to 8am-noon. We will continue with Sunday from 8-noon. Please see Mrs. Larios in ASB if you have any questions or concerns. We will make it work. Also, don’t forget to send in your designs!!! And remember, you do not have the entire space.
